Top Class did an excellent job in moving our belongings into our new house, and the excess into storage. They were very professional and considerate of our belongings. One of our more valuable items was a baby grand piano. They moved it from our third floor condo, into our new home, without incident. Less than a year ago, we moved to Florida, from the North, and retained a national moving company. We had extensive damage and got compensated for a fraction of the damage.

Jay was fantastic at communicating often leading up to the move, being transparent about pricing and timing. His estimate was spot on based on timing and what I described for the move! The team did an INCREDIBLE job getting a 10’ restoration hardware couch up 3 flights of stairs and into the narrow door of an apartment. They also plastic wrapped all furniture to protect fabric from dirt and damage. Moving was stressful for me and the team helped alleviate a lot of that stress knowing how skilled they were.

My wife and I had the pleasure of using Top Class Moving for a local move in Bonita Springs from one house to another. Over the past 10 years this is our 4th move which included 3 cross-country moves. We can safely say that Jay and his crew provided the absolute best experience by far of any of the companies we have dealt with. This included several major national moving companies, who honestly cannot hold a candle to how Jay approaches the entire project.
