I recently used this moving company and overall had a great experience. The team was efficient, showed up on time, and worked quickly while still being careful with most of my belongings. They were also very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process much less stressful. There was some minor damage to a couple of items, which is the only reason I’m not giving a full five stars. That said, the crew handled everything professionally and kept a positive attitude throughout the move.

I had to hire three different moving companies this year, and Top Shelf Movers LLC (Alex) was by far the best experience hands down. Alex showed up with a young helper (who I believe was his son) and knocked out our entire move — including hauling everything upstairs — in just an hour and a half. For comparison, the other two companies took over 4 hours each, and neither of them even had to deal with stairs. Alex worked efficiently, carefully, and without any damage or drama.
Christopher, thank you sincerely for taking the time to write this. Knowing that you worked with three different moving companies this year and considered your experience with Top Shelf Moverz the best of the three means a tremendous amount to me.
All I can say is WOW!!!! I highly recommend Alex and his crew! He was able to fit me into his schedule within in just a few days and I was so grateful for it. My husband fell doing some landscaping and we found ourselves in a huge time crunch to get a patio and garden project done before we have company next month. Alex moved a BUNCH of heavy materials and helped us rearrange some cement block that needed to get off my driveway! Ha ha. He also worked with my husband to arrange some pavers to create a sidewalk.
