This company is not trustworthy. One day after they delivered to my new address I realized that a box of camera equipment was missing. I had to call the company 6 times to have the equipment delivered. Every time I called their office I got a different person on the phone who didn't know anything about my missing camera equipment. Also, they did not give me full credit for the deposit amount that I paid up front. In the end my bill was $400 more than I had originally been quoted. This company is shady.

The moving quote we got was a huge understimate. The movers were careful but slow and we ended up paying double the original quote. There should have been three movers.
SCAM ALERT* They quotted $1100 to move my mothers stuff, when they came to pick up they let my mother know they could charge a small fee to take a few extra items. Its time to deliver and now their invoice is $2500 and they are saying if its not paid by 10:30 am they will put the stuff into storage for an undisclosed amount.

WE just had a wonderful experience with Hercules Moving Company in Toronto. After a horrific experience with another company a couple of weeks ago who failed to wrap our glassware properly and then backed out the night before the move so that they wouldn't get a bad review online, I was wary about trusting another moving company.
