In their own words
I hired Tropical Moves for a move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and stress-free. The team arrived on time, was professional, and took great care in handling all my belongings, ensuring nothing was damaged. What stood out most was their efficiency—everything was packed, loaded, and unloaded quickly but with great attention to detail.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Very responsive with our estimate, polite and courteous, showed up on time (15 mins early in fact), and very reasonable and fair pricing! But probably best of all, Steve O., Jarod and Brandon, who actually did the moving, were the absolute BEST! They worked very hard with some really difficult pieces of furniture - including a 9 foot, solid wood farm table that they had to haul up three flights of stairs!
I cannot say enough good things about the Tropical Moves team. First off, I loved the convenience of having a moving pod ahead of moving day. It made packing so much easier because I was able to get stuff out of the way and stored in the pod. The reusable plastic bins were also great because they kept my valuables safe in transit, and we didn’t waste a ton of boxes. On the morning of the move, the team showed up right on time, worked extremely hard and got everything done in record time.
Josie, thank you for sharing your moving experience and going with Tropical. Second, you being super prepared and trusting the process makes moving fun and easy! 🌴🚛🌴 …
Tl; dr: Hire them! 🌴🚛🌴 If you need the details, Wilmington has so many moving companies and so many of them have glowing reviews! It was hard for me to decide. I had a unique moving situation. I was laid off and needed to store my items in a storage container for an indeterminant amount of time. I contacted a few local moving companies about moving estimates. Carson, the owner, was so easy and responsive to both my calls and text messages.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Have a wonderful Christmas and let us know when you need to have your items delivered. 🌴🚛🌴 …
