Added additional charges after quote. Informed us originally that there would be no additional fees than started adding trip charge, very unprofessional. Find another moving company.
Alvin, First off, I would like to apologize for any confusion during the process of scheduling your daughters move. We have a system set in place to avoid situations like this as we dislike and want to avoid any misunderstandings just as much as our customers do.
We were promised and reassured by the owner there would availability to move us despite it being a "day off". Five days before the move, we received a voicemail canceling. Needless to say we were left in a terrible position trying to find new movers at the last minute. The days leading up to this the communication was lacking, both through email and text message. Maybe that should have been our warning sign that this company is unreliable.
Kira, I would like to first of all apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. As discussed on the phone, we typically do not work on Sundays. This is a day designated for our employees to spend time with their families or practice any religious beliefs they may have.
I’ve had my things in storage with this company. I’ve asked to get them out over 2 months ago. I’ve been consistent in trying to get them delivered. I’ve gotten nothing but excuses. Regarding a balance due - I have paid above and beyond what is owed.

I highly recommend you hire this moving company. I had an unusual situation and needed to move asap and within a certain time. Jason, the owner, was very accommodating and didn’t make me feel like I was a difficult customer. He communicated quickly and was kind and professional. They charge by the hour, but they work quickly, and the rate is reasonable. The price you pay is worth the peace of mind because your items are cared for and safe in their hands.

Stop looking. Save your time and schedule with these guys. Growing up in a military family we moved a lot. As an adult I’ve moved a lot. I’ve seen it all. These guys are hands down some of the best I’ve ever seen. The scheduling was seamless communication with expectations exceeded. When they arrived, they looked at what we had, made a plan, and immediately got to work. Each person would run to prepare what was being loaded, carefully take it to the truck, and run back to grab the next item.

Jason has literal muscles on his knees. The moment we saw this, we knew these guys were going to be in and out in no time. In all seriousness, these guys were on time, professional, and quick! Before moving day, Jason made it very easy to schedule, was responsive when questions came up, and was honest the entire time. They came with Dollys shrink wrap, furniture covers, tools to breakdown and reassemble, and a mattress holder to move us from a third floor apartment and never once complained.

My initial consultation was with the owner Jason and he walked me through pricing and the process over the phone. After we settled on a date and time, the move was scheduled and ready. Jason confirmed the time the previous day of the move and his team showed up on time. Jason's team assigned to my move went above and beyond to make our move as quick and easy as possible.
