Our family used True Care Moving this past fall. They came highly recommended from a family member who had a good experience with them about a year and a half ago. Our move resulted in damage to multiple pieces of furniture, our front door and marks on the floor and carpet. Also, the job took double the time quoted so the cost was significantly more than we expected. We did not select additional insurance coverage for this move thus we were not eligible for compensation.
We apologize about the experience you received during your move. It's understandable how frustrating it must be to encounter damage to your furniture, door, and flooring, especially when it results in unexpected costs and inconvenience.
Let me tell you about these guys very very very unprofessional they did a move for me they forgot to hook my dresser mirror and install my drapery they told me they would come back to finish the job after thanksgiving break they then screened my calls when the owner himself told me he will meet me up at 11:30pm and It’s 5 hours later now with no call back no explanations and no job done can’t believe I tipped them $100.00 dollars thinking they will come and finish their unfinished job!!!!!
I've used True Care twice. My first move with them was good, but the second disappointing. My quote was ~$400 off, with the crew taking nearly 2 hours longer to move the same household they did a year prior. In the process, my coffee table was broken, wood floor scratched, and the wall chipped. They left deck furniture that didn't fit in their truck on the front lawn of my old house. Crew blasted music from their personal vehicles, which we had to ask them to turn down.
We appreciate your review and your perspective. As you stated, the first move with us was good, which I believe you gave a five star review. This move was different with a lot of different factors, including where you’re moving to.
Used this team for a short notice move about a year and a half ago. They put everything into storage as I was moving out of state for a few months and then coming back to find a new home... during the move I had to complain about the amount of time it took for them to unload into storage( 3x the time it took to load my 5 level home) during the move to storage they put a hole in a baby mattress, destroyed my futon dropping it into dirty snow, and broke some decorative sticks.
We are terribly sorry about your experience. We have you in our system as a canceled customer because you’ve found a different Service. We do not have a payment or completed documents for you. Our goal is to connect tomorrow to get this all resolved.
terrible - charged me twice what was estimated and took the twice the time even with 4 people. left lots of stuff behind I had to move and broke lots of glass, just dumped everything in my living room. I had more than enough packing materials and they left most of it there so I had to clean it up. They knew packing was something I needed and walked through THAT MORNING and still said it would only take 5 or 6 hours. Also 2 men left early
We terribly apologize about your experience. We strive to give 5 star service every time. You added packing services a day before your move, and you did not have any packing materials. That made the time longer plus the materials cost sir. It was a rainy, muddy day which also was a factor.
They charge you twice as much than what is estimated by purposely taking twice as long. It took 3 men nearly 4 hours to move half of the things in a 10’ x 15’ Highly unprofessional group as well. Very rude, yelled at my folks, I highly recommend going with more reputable moving companies.

The guys was late couple of them smelled like weed broke dropped some of my items and damaged them chatting most of the time and not doing their job it wasn’t worth the money I spent on them to help come move wasn’t worth the items I spent very unprofessional

I hired True Care Moving to move my family to a new home here in Saint Paul. I couldn't have been happier with their service and professionalism! Eric handled the planning of my move and was extremely helpful and responsive, following up on my questions quickly and patiently. After getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with True Care based on the customer service I had received so far, their scheduling flexibility, and the fact that they charged by the quarter hour, making their estimate very economical.
Tyrell and his team were incredible. We booked them last minute and they showed up on time and ready to work with crew of hard working and efficient movers. Tyrell was easy to get a hold of, responsive, and honest. All four of the movers were professional, kind, respectful, and communicated effectively with us to make sure everything ok the move went smoothly. They worked hard and efficiently, carefully moving boxes faster than I could have imagined.

In a world where quality customer service can be hit or miss, [TrueCare Moving Service] exceeded all expectations. I was stood up by a moving service I had booked to move in the evening of 7/29/25. They sent me a text to reschedule for the 30 and I accepted. Unfortunately around 5 pm, they showed up and left. My lease was ending on 7/31/25. So couldn't wait anymore. Went online with no recommendations prayed and hope I get something reliable.

I am beyond words with how stress free my moving experience was with Ture Care! Tyrell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. And when I say above and beyond here is what happened: His truck got slashed (due to the current situation in Minneapolis) the morning of the move. He called me and told me what had happened and told he his plan to solve for it! He continued to keep in communication as plans changed due to having to rent from Uhaul.
