Our piano hadn't been tuned in probably 15 years. I wasn't impressed with the last person who came to tune it, so it's been neglected for a while. I am pleased to announcement that Tony has resurrected our grand piano! He disassembled it and cleaned it thoroughly. Brought the entire action up a half step (seriously out of tune) replaced a broken wire and tuned it. Now after two weeks of letting the tuning settle in, he made a return trip to "fine tune" our Pearl River. It sounds wonderful!

Mr. Tony was excellent- very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the details regarding what services my piano needed and what his recommendations were. He answered my many questions about the anatomy of my piano and gave recommendations on how to clean and move it to a new home. He was kind to my children when they were running around the house. After just a few short hours, it feels as though we've been friends for quite some time. I would 100% recommend Mr. Tony for piano servicing.
