We paid for the full service move that included packing, moving, and unpacking. When I was directing the movers where to place furniture, boxes, etc. one mover was cursing that items had to go upstairs to the second floor. When it came time to unpack, the same mover made it very clear that he was neither interested or willing to unpack. I felt uncomfortable having him in my home and accepted that I'd be unpacking without help. They made me sign off that I refused to accept assistance w/ unpacking.
Do not use and if you hire north American Vanlines and they utilize this contractor run the other way and do not pay in advance. We have had the worst experience. We paid for a move cross border and they dragged us long and we have been 2 weeks without anything and they never communicate and give wrong information. Absolutely horrendous experience. The response proves my point...a generic email address. They deliberately withheld out load until they could combine it to make more money.

Before costco delivers something using two Amigos; Stop! Absolutely unprofessional and cantankerous delivery driver. Will not accomodate your schedule. Driver will refuse to accept simple instructions and request provided by both customer and their dispatch. Ask who is delivering before ordering, and avoid Two Amigos. My items sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Donnie and Tyrell moved me today and not only did they make the experience seamless, they were kind, considerate, careful with all of my things, prepared, and went above and beyond at every turn. Highly recommend them.

Arnold and Trevor delivered a mattress for me. They came in and took the old mattress out and put the new one in its place. I could not have done this as i had suffered a stroke and a fractured vertebrae, and the mattress sat on a loft frame! They both were nice, respectable, and engaged in a little chat about the knife they were using to cut open the bag. Sometimes, even a random chat about anything or even a positive compliment about the work that is being done for you should bring happiness for both parties.

I recently used Two Amigos to help me move into my first condo, and they were amazing from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all my furniture with care. They delivered everything safely and even set up all the major pieces exactly where I wanted them, which made the whole move so much easier. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing!
