DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their customer service is non-existent once they get paid. They caused damage and have ghosted us in our attempts to inquire about repairs at our new house. We completed an inter-state move with Two Men and a Truck in July. They inventoried our house prior to the move, so they knew what it entailed. On Day 1, they sent four men to load and it took the entire day (never mind the fact that two of these guys were completely unprofessional with their vulgar conversations in front of my young kids.

This is the second time I’ve used the moving services of Two Men And A Truck and I’m telling you this company is top notch! First up: Scheduling my move for 7/15/26 was effortless and comforting that the importance of my move was in qualified hands, “she” (I’m sorry I’m horrible with names but please review my account and give credit where credit it due) was extremely professional, polite and very thorough putting me at ease that my move date had been secured.

It went ok at first, the guys got everything moved in an efficient manner, however they put a huge hole in my custom leather loveseat, which human error happens and I paid the extra insurance so it's just furniture, right? They'll fix it and everything will be fine....WRONG! They are trying to 'repair' it which I gave them the chance to do and the patches cannot be matched it's a custom piece...they are just trying to send repair person after repair person to avoid having to replace it...which I paid extra for…
They were scheduled for 2:30 but changed it to 2:00. That was great. However we wait until 4:00 and no one shows up and they don't answer the phone. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and moving it ourselves. Very poor customer service and not recommended.
I want to express my deepest apologies for what happened Saturday. We made a series of mistakes and no excuse will correct the harm and stress we caused you. I only tell you about our missteps so you know it was not intentional.
The actual movers were great guys. However we have a LIST of complaints from the overall experience. You hire a moving company to move your whole home and ease the stress off of your family, not make it all worse and extend the moving nightmare.

They broke my bed and it took them over 3 months to settle with me and they didn’t give me enough compensation. Otherwise did a good job. Just not happy with the customer service after the fact.

4.5 stars! The 3 guys from 2 Men and a Truck were very good. They knew what had to be done and did it even though we had things all over the house. When we arrived at the new house, items not marked were placed in the proper place once told where to put them. Totally awesome job done by the 3 guys (TJ, Andrew and Rod). Kim in the office was outstanding to deal with; taking my many phone calls. Our quoted price was more than the actual price and they immediately changed the amount charged.
