The movers were very unprofessional, and one worker in particular complained the entire time about moving the furniture I had. They broke one of our lamps and punctured our box spring. They also hit our gate with the moving truck which caused damages to our property that I now have to pay to have fixed. They took a lot of breaks (well over an 1hr) however, they only took 30 min off of the moving time/price.
Packed up our house. Damaged two very expensive items. I called them the very same day and they said a manager would call back within 7 days. They never called back. So after a couple weeks I returned my call. I was promised a call back the very same day but never received one. After reaching out again the next day. Spoke with the operations manager John. He was very short and said nothing could be done. We have spent close to 5 grand on their services and to be dismissed completely.

Don’t believe the 4 marks! We Moved in 2022, they sent 3 skinny kids to do the work on men. They broke lots of furniture, damaged doors, appliances, walls and ceilings and stair banister. The company refused to allow me to file a claim …

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! One month before moving to Florida after having gotten a quote and paid a $3000 deposit this company called my 85 year old mother and told her that her original quote was over-doubling in cost!. After speaking with a manager he said that it was due to an administrative audit! This is seriously taking advantage of a senior citizen! I’m sure they thought they could take advantage of the situation! This is clearly highway robbery!!

I went through their free onsite estimate process, received the estimate, agreed, and scheduled a move. They called me 22 hours before the move was scheduled to take place and doubled the rate and added +2 days to the timeline... Completely wasted time and now am scrambling to find a replacement. Beware...

Drake, kj, steric,cardel It cost me double of what I thought I was paying. The company should of explained it to me better before I hired them. All I had moved was a 125gal fish tank and stand from cedar rapids to Brandon and charged 775$$$ The delivery men were very polite and good at their job.

Best experience! Scott, Austin, Joe, and Richard did an amazing job on our move. Our 4 bedroom house was moved from storage units into a house about 2 hours away with no problems what so ever. They showed up right on time and finished the whole move within 8 hours. They made sure all items were covered with blankets and wrapped in plastic. No damage to anything or to the house moving in. Highly, highly recommend!

I spoke with Kim to schedule the move of a 6ft bath vanity weighing over 300 pounds. I had 4 guys show up, Joe, Richard, Cardel, & Julian. They were FANTASTIC! Very careful with wrapping & getting it up the stairs. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing move services.
