This is the worst company on record. They charged us 3 times their quote. Every single piece of furniture had some damage on it. They held the truck overnight to accommodate our move and all kinds of things were missing. One of the guys moving was amazing but the chap that led the team was not.

My family has used these services before and had a very positive experience. I however, have not, at all. Submitted an online quote and what I assume is an automated response email told me that they were available the day I stated. I received a call very quickly which I appreciate. When I spoke to Amy on the phone it was breaking up a lot on my end which is me. We went through the entire process of quote only to then tell me that the date that a needed was fully booked.

Do not use this unethical and over-billing company! I started a quote for my brother's move from his small 2 bedroom apartment (no appliances) to his new home that is 395 km away. I made the calls as he has had a stroke, so his speech is poor and his mental function for complex tasks is a bit limited. I outlined most of his belongings and got a quote. They later went to his apartment to estimate in-person and doubled the quote saying they need 2 trucks and 4 men.

This company didn't respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint. They are now not rated well at all. Don't use them!!!!!!!!!! I want to give the company a good review, but there are a few things that were upsetting in my move. I paid for an hour of smoke breaks/waiting for mattress covers to be delivered that I had set up in the initial call. I'd like that hour they charged back! The guys didn't wear booties in my new place, and my freshly cleaned carpet is filthy.
Used this company for our move two weeks ago. The guys were very nice however, they damaged a piece of furniture. After a few conversations I was advised that they would not repair the item (approximately $20 to replace a piece of particle board), because their guys couldn't figure out how it got damaged, even though we had 3 people (2 family members and 1 mover) that confirmed the damage was not there before they moved it.
Unable to comment on a moving experience but can comment on quote received. Moving contents from 5 x 10 storage into apartment. Travel distance 3km. Job would likely take less than 2 hours but a 3 hour minimum is required. Quote given = $690. Nope. Called competition and given quote of $300. Do yourself a favour and call around.

I can’t recommend Two Men and a Truck enough! Our move was absolutely seamless from start to finish. I was expecting a long, stressful day, but the team made it so easy. We were quoted 10 hours for our 3-bedroom move within the city, and they had everything completed in just 6 hours. I was seriously impressed by how efficient they were without ever making us feel rushed. The movers were professional, friendly, and genuinely funny, which made a stressful day much more enjoyable.
