Used them to move and one of the movers improperly packaged my office chair, spilling oil all over new carpet. He didn't even tell me and left me to notice afterwards. He basically tried to hide it. Also, had a few missing pieces of wood for my dresser. Tried calling back the sales rep who never responded back. Use your friends for moving or a better company.

They broke the first item that they picked up. They threw items over my balcony. Had no concern or care for my things. They sent 3 men, one was in a leg boot. They went slowly and wanted to over charge for extra hours. No, not again..not for me.
Horrendous service. Showed up, immediately doubled their original estimate for a 1300 sq ft house. Boxes, 2 beds and a sectional couch. Immediately scoffed at any large appliances(washer) and stood firm on a 7-8 hr estimate. So my wife and i hauled everything out of the house in 45 mins, to load up. Unloading took a little longer. Would never use them again. Both Chris and Robert the managers there are unreliable and rude.
Chris, you had more furniture than you disclosed during the estimate. Additionally, We do not disconnect or reconnect appliances. Your response to our discussion was inappropriate and we have contacted the authorities.
We were quoted 4.5 hrs per CSR rep. but took 9 hrs! The CSR teams really should be communicating with their colleagues in the field more to understand and quote more realistic expectations. The movers broke a tile on the floor of the new home and when assembling the bed they did so very loosely; to the point where moving the bed very slightly broke the frame. The movers should have checked the stability of the bed if your company offers it disassembled and reassembled.

I would 150% never ever recommend this place. SO MUCH THEFT GOING ON HERE!! My boyfriend recently worked for this company and had a late night moving a customer with 2 other workers. One of his coworkers DANIEL though it would be a good idea to take off with my boyfriends phone causing us to have to drive around until 3 am tracking the phone, eventually calling the police to retrieve the phone.
I chose this company because they had great reviews and seemed professional. I tried to be polite and give them reviews internally about my move but nothing has come forth from it. I was not very impressed. The men showed up on time and seemed professional initially, but the move went downhill when they took a lunch break. When they came back from lunch they were moving very sluggish. The taller man complained the entire time about stairs, and then he left for 45 minutes to use the restroom.

I had a terrible experience moving just last week. The crew was great and they showed up and I showed them exactly what needed to be taken. Unfortunately, they left items behind that are way too big for me to move with my Kia forte and needed to be moved by the movers. I didn’t notice this until the next day. I called and asked for some help and all they offered was to come back and pick my things up for me. Keep in mind I’ve already taken off an entire day of work to handle this move.

I scheduled a baby grand piano move with Two Men and a Truck and spoke with the scheduler twice to confirm the move. When the first two movers arrived, they were not aware they were moving a piano and had to call their manager, Oscar, to come and assist and bring a piano board. In the meantime, while we waited for Oscar to arrive, the two individuals that were already there assisted with moving other items, which was truly appreciated and they did a great job!

2 Men and a Truck were great to work with, from the initial office contact all the way through actual moving day and at a very reasonable price. The customer service was top notch, organized and professional throughout the entire process. We were particularly impressed with Dave and Brady, our moving crew. We are elderly folks with medical issues having to move from a 2100 sq. ft. home to 1000 sq. ft. condo. Needless to say we needed an efficient, organized crew with compassion and kindness for our not as organized selves.
