DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Not only will they destroy your possessions but then Dan will agree to reimburse you for some of the damage and never send payment! So once again my review will be posted. We used Dan to pack all of our belongings into a semi trailer for an out of state move in august of 2020. We tried to watch them as much as possible but had other things to take care of so we put our faith in them to pack everything correctly.
Never hire this guys, read this review: 1. Broke the base of king bed, then glued it, returned it after 7 days, then disappeared for 7 days saying they will send the guys back who lost the screws for the bed. I haven’t heard back from them yet. 2. They sent a crew who already had finished a shift , when while booking they clearly mentioned they are booking me for the earliest hour. 3. Dents, scratches on many furnitures. 4.

I do not recommend this place!! They were 3 hours late. When they arrived, they may have been rushing to make up time. They did not wrap and take care of my furniture very well at all. They handled them fairly roughly. They didn't check about shelves in the bookcases or cabinets and I lost some brackets. My couch has a rip in it, there's scuffs on other pieces, and they broke a drawer on my desk - and didn't even say anything about it!

My move went well. The crew was excellent. However, I do have a couple damaged pieces. Also, the quote was way, way off. I called the number listed to file a claim. A "virtual' assistant now answers the phone. No reply from the office yet. I think they have shuttered operations. I'll give an update if or when I get a reply. In the meantime, buyer beware if you plan on booking with this company.

Our move went as un-smoothly as one could get. First, I was told we would get moving boxes delivered early so we could start to pack early. Never happened. They show up the day before we are to move to pack us and only spent 2 hours. They barely left additional boxes for us to continue our packing. They next day they show up, still needing to pack us up on top of moving us to our new house.

The owner moved me and he was great. However, two of my very expensive 55” and 85” tvs were damaged and wouldn’t turn on. I have tried to do a claim but nobody gets back to you. I’m sure they won’t pay anything for the damaged tvs. I certainly would not use them again since their word means nothing.

BUYER BEWARE!! They said they were going to arrive between 1PM-3PM. They arrived at 4:15PM. I was quoted 4 hours for the whole move, they took 4 hours just to load up. For a two bedroom apartment! Very slow and inefficient use of the time. …
