They broke the glass top to my dining room table and billed me for AT LEAST an hour that they were not working. I got a call at 8am saying they would be late. Didn't show up until 9:15. I would **never** use Two Men and a Truck again, and I strongly encourage others to be cautious. When the movers arrived, one of the first things they pointed out was that I had purchased the additional valuation/protection coverage. They told me they could save me money by removing it, so I signed the paperwork to take it off. Looking back, I deeply regret that decision. During the move, my son's **brand-new, never-worn $200 Air Jordan sneakers**, which were not packed in a box, disappeared.
We take claims of theft very seriously and will cooperate with the police department on their investigation. We have not seen a police report but would like to address this matter. Please contact our office at [phone removed] so we can get this resolved.
Absolutely terrible experience with Two Men and a Truck. After already being an hour late for my scheduled move, they called and canceled, leaving me completely stranded on moving day. To make matters worse, they claimed the truck had been destroyed and the movers were in the hospital. When I followed up later, it became clear that story was not true. The lack of honesty and professionalism was shocking.

We chose Two Men and a Truck because they conducted an in home survey, reviewed all our belongings and assured us that two trucks would be sufficient for our interstate move. Based on that assessment, we paid our deposit and scheduled the move. A few days before moving day, we were informed that our job had been transferred to another franchise location.

TL;DR: kept putting off my appointment time, didn't load all of our belongings into the POD, broke my standing desk and tried to hide it, haven't communicated with me at all regarding a refund I originally made my appointment with Two Men and Truck back in March. They were supposed to show up between 9 and 10 on May 27th. At 8:30ish, they called to say they were short handed and asked to come in the afternoon, which I said was fine.
We're sorry to hear of this experience, Lauren. Even when we are careful, mistakes can happen, but it is not acceptable to conceal damages. We take this feedback seriously and will address this with our team so we can come to a resolution.
My 6/2/26 move with Two Men and a Truck did not go well. I had everything packed before the move, but I'm unable to move myself, and I hired a moving company, thinking it would make things easier. I had the contents of a 1400-1500sqft 3BR home moved to a storage facility 25 minutes away. I was quoted to have 2 trucks, 4 men, 2 tv boxes, 3 mattress bags, and that the move would take around 6hrs 45mins and they would shrink wrap and disassemble furniture. The movers were due to arrive 8-9am.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was a disaster. I clearly explained we were moving onto Fort Knox and movers needed proper ID. I was assured we would be provided movers with experience going on the army base and that this would be flagged. They showed up unprepared — the 2nd mover didn’t even have his license (discovered when we got to the base with the fully loaded truck) and was denied entry, causing hours of delay.

Lee, Talian , Noah, and Antwan were our movers! They were excellent, patient, accommodating and careful. We truly appreciated their hard work. When they arrived in St. Louis, we had a general idea of where everything was supposed to go, but as more furniture showed up (I’m the daughter who was showing them where everything was to go—my parents had not arrived, yet, to show them where all the furniture was supposed to go), they were flexible and patient about where everything needed to go.

Our movers Brian, Tevin and Frankie were wonderful. Very polite and respectful. They worked hard, had a very positive attitude and were very helpful with anything we asked of them. They wrapped all items that needed protection even dining room chairs. Everything arrived in the same shape it was when they packed it up. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and especially Brian, Frankie and Tevin. They were the best movers I have ever had!

A great move experience. It started with the manager (I will call him Speedy) when we received our 30 boxes before the move. Explained everything, friendly and took notes. Then (our movers) Frankie and his assistant Avery, very professional and knowledgeable. When they put things back together after moving, they found something that had not been installed on a bed frame before the move even took place and fixed it.
