I was quoted by Michael, and it seemed straightforward initially. When the pack and move occurred, there was poor communication, deceptive time tracking, and refusal to acknowledge issues with service. Things were said by Michael, different things by the packers, then different things by the office and the movers. Furniture, packed luggage, and items that were on the pack list were not moved, despite written and verbal confirmation.

I’m not the type that writes review, but this has to be done. The movers were very nice and professional when they moved my house, but my tv was damaged in the process. I called the company to report this, and it took them 2 weeks to give me an answer just because I kept calling. It was so disappointing when I was told I signed that everything was okay, like they expected me to go through the whole house within a minute.

***BEWARE*** Used this service when I moved in 2020 to our new home. After the truck was loaded but before moving they had me sign a “new agreement” that took the price from $1600 quote to $3600 but didn’t give the final price until I arrived at the new location. The workers did what was needed but for more than double the price discussed. Avoid this business or be prepared to shell out thousands more than you were expecting. ***BEWARE***

EDIT: Contacted the company a thirdt time afte recieving nothing from them in two weeks and was only met with stubborn and rude manager. Refused to acknowledge that they were being paid to do a service they did not complete. Would give zero …

The movers themselves were great and very efficient. The customer service however is trash. The movers scuffed some things and a small hole was torn into my couch. The movers referred me to their manager to make a claim about this damage. I was emailed right after the move, and was told that the manager would contact me. I have heard nothing in almost 3 weeks. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thankfully nothing big was damaged.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move all of our stuff to our new home. We had a lot of stuff but the gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently to get everything moved in 7.5 hours. It saved my back and was worth every penny. They were polite, professional, and worked to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with how things went. They never once complained or hesitated when we had a request for them. Highly recommended and will definitely hire Two Men and a Truck if I ever need any moving assistance in the future.

They walked into a situation that I did not expect. Third floor apartment elevator did not work electricity only one outlet. There for no fans working, windows would only go up 6 inches for senior safety. Tempretures in the high 80's. Three flites of stairs, and they did not miss a beat. Have no Idea what they were paid but they errand every penny. Yes I highly recomend 2 men and a truck, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you to the 2 men that made a bad situation manageable.

My family already posted a review but I had to post one for myself. Luke and his partner were the best. They worked hard and got everything done quickly. They were so kind and professional. They had great attitudes and work ethic. They were on time and we were all very impressed how much they did in the time they did it and in the rain. The move was an unexpected incident and they made a hard situation easier than I ever could have imagined. I would highly recommend them!
