Two men and a truck My experience yesterday with the move was quite questionable. We loaded up at the location we were moving from, in approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.. I left that location at 11 o'clock, arrived at the house we were moving into at 12 o'clock. Thinking your driver was right behind me. The driver showed up at 3 o'clock to the house we moved into FOUR hours later The movers called me at 1 o'clock stating that they were just leaving the location we were moving from.

My family and I have used Two Men and a Truck for many years now and I can safely say that while the overall organization is fantastic, this particular branch should be avoided if at all possible. In short, a move for a one bedroom apartment including a library took 9.5 hours to complete, with damage to both my property and that of my new apartment building, which the movers themselves and their management refused to take responsibility for.
My sister got a quote for $1300 for pack, load, deliver, unload and install. Job didn’t get done till the following day and charged me extra $1600 to complete the job. You tell me of that’s fair or not!!! This is the scam company. I know it’s the franchise of the company. I didn’t say all the locations it’s do the same but the one I call it’s in Des Plaines. And here all my receipts and some of the pictures with out the installation $3000 for moving apartment to apartment

Almost got hit by one of their trucks and instead of just fixing the problem and paying attention the driver got mad and proceeded to honk angrily at me. On top of that he kept swerving over 2 lanes and had others honk at him. Do better.

I hired Two Men and a Truck for my move from one side of Chicago to the other and I couldn’t be more satisfied. While the price was ~$1,000, I was quoted that and budgeted appropriately, it was well worth the cost based on the efficiency and care for my belongings. They sent 3 movers who were so nice and hard working even though it was a super hot day and my new place was at the top of a 3 flat!

Elijah, Bat, and Nick did a great job loading my u-pack trailer into their truck and unloading at my apartment and storage unit. I didn't think it would all fit, but they made it happen! Erica at the call center was super helpful providing an estimate and working with my timeline. Everyone had a positive attitude and was chill to work with. Would definitely use again!

We had some furniture to move that was quite large and heavy. They handled it all with care and efficiency. I needed to make several changes and the customer service was top-notch. They really made the entire process so easy. The cost was a bit more than I anticipated but I do feel the service and care matched the cost.
