Three men came without promised wardrobe boxes and without tools to remove couch legs. Dented the refrigerator. Put heat sensitive medication they were told not to touch in the truck and made repeated trips to the bathroom. Left their trash behind. Very unprofessional. Refused to take a check despite the fact that I repeatedly clarified that they would take a check prior to the move.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! If you do, BE HOME DURING THEIR PRESENCE! The workers sit on phones milking the clock, the coordinator loud and inappropriate and some of the workers talk to neighbors meanwhile had to do work. Scam, I refused to pay the bill and submitted claim in court with camera footages. Thos people ignored even my presence and I sent the home after 30 min of their BS. They were talking about contract and will let judge explain term of breach of contract. Do not hire scammers!!

We hired Two Men and a Truck after reading good reviews but our experience was overall not good. First and most important after fully unpacking and triple checking to be 100% sure we noticed two items worth around 900 dollars were missing. …

I hired this company for a straightforward local move just two blocks away, involving a sectional couch, six dressers, a queen mattress and box spring, and a few smaller items. I booked the appointment in early December based on their positive reviews. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations in several areas: Lack of communication: I received no confirmation email or reminder prior to the move date. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived at 10:15 a.m. instead of the promised 8-9 a.m.

Our first experience with this company was great. The guys covered and wrapped just about every piece of furniture. What furniture they took apart they put back together again including our beds. Which is why my mother in law hired them for our latest move. Except this time I was left wondering if this was the same company. When hiring this company my MIL asked to rent wardrobe boxes. She was told that the movers would take our hanging clothes and put them in the boxes for us.

I used once and they were great. This time not so much. They broke a tv and wouldn’t take responsibility for it, citing waivers. Some crew worked hard while others stood around vaping. Not good when paying by the hour. Wouldn’t move certain things (peloton for example). Didn’t pack the truck like experienced movers. Items were loosely thrown in which affected space, resulting in additional trips and may explain how my tv was broken. Probably fell over in the truck.

These people can’t figure out how to do honest business to save their lives. They called me six times to confirm details of the move (multiple times) and they still managed to ruin my day, showing up six hours in advance. They forced me to move with the house still in the process of packing, or else reschedule for week later. And the entire time they can’t be bothered to apologize. Also the quote was inaccurate and full of crap we didn’t need or ask for.

On our move we had damage done to our very new white rocking chair. The chair can be taken apart into two pieces and instead of taking the time to do that the movers proceeded to shove the chair through the door frame causing both damage …

We used this company for a small move between apartments in the same complex. Although we had fewer than 50 boxes, we couldn’t manage the stairs ourselves. The two movers were careful with everything, kind, and very easy to work with. Their help took such a tremendous worry off my shoulders, and I’m very grateful.
