Absolutely the worst moving experience! If I could give negative stars I would. Moved my family out of state and they left us at the new house with nothing. The truck was supposed to be right behind us and I had to call hours later just to get an update. They eventually called back and said they couldn’t make the drop off because of vehicle problems.

Do not, do not, do not use them. Find anyone else. Before disaster struck (they loaded a pressure washer full of gas sideways and it destroyed my queen mattress and $2500 leather couch) — they were determined to stretch the time to quoted 5-6.5 hrs (for a 2BR move 30 mins across town). I caught one of the boys wheeling a hollow bed frame by itself on a cart… Truly a pathetic bunch and I don’t feel that I’m being too harsh with my words. No apology or remorse from movers or manager. Do not use them.

The workers were great, front office, not so much. Was just having them pick up some heavy items I purchased at the store and have them deliver them for me. They were well past the time that was scheduled and charged me significantly more than what was quoted originally, nearly 40% more. I would recommend planes or Ferguson, I will never use this company again.

I have used this company 4-5 times in the last 10 years. Great until last weekend. Be careful who shows up to do your moving. 0 floor/wall protection on the inside of a completely remodeled home. Movers were careless as you will see in the pictures. Manager came out and said how bad everything looked and said all items will be replaced bc they were purchased within the last year. Insurance guy calls this morning and wants to send someone out to smear paint on everything including a brand new washing machine.

Movers didn't want to move anything. They also left all the stuff in the picture and when I called the next day to complain I was placed on hold and then they hung up on me. Now I have to rent a uhaul after working all day to finish moving myself. I guess I should be happy they moved anything. Edit: if you want to 'fix it to you'll call me as I already called and got hung up on. At this point I'm not gonna expend anymore effort on this

Using Two Men and a Truck was a regrettable mistake. From the stuff they damaged, to the hardwood floors they scratched up, I would suggest avoiding this location. If you do use them, consider yourself warned.

This company was incredible. I am recently widowed & I had to move from Ohio to Illinois. They were professionals from start to finish. They came to the house & evaluated all of my items & provided a reasonable quote. On moving day, these 4 fantastic men arrived on time. They were very polite and worked quickly & efficiently. They were fast at loading the 1st day & unloading the next day. These movers were an awesome team. They made a very stressful time so much easier. They deserve a raise for sure!

CJ and the team provided excellent top quality service and were so helpful, respectful and kind. The company should really be proud of these exemplary individuals. We have antique furniture items and it takes knowledgable staff to know how to carefully wrap and move these pieces safely. This team was so thoughtful, kindhearted and took care of all of our items, wrapping, handling, and placing items exactly where we needed them to be with careful and positive enthusiasm.

This place is the best choice you can make when moving! I was lucky enough to get 3 amazing gentlemen, CAM, LEVON, and KEVIN. I had them moving me out of a one bedroom apartment into a storage unit. They gave me an arrival time between 8am and 9am, they called at ten till 8 to let me know they were on their way and called again when they were 5 minutes away. When they arrived they got right to work.
