Used to really like these guys. Have done a handful of moves with them. Last move didn't go so well. Brand new washer got messed up in the move because their mover refused to take the door off before trying to go thru it when I told him he would need to do it as the last move that is what the movers had to do to get the machines out. Mover took the lazy way out and I as the customer got stuck paying for it. Bought the insurance.

Very unprofessional! To many breaks. Spent alot of time on phones and smoking in my driveway! Would NEVER recommend them. Very slow and lazy.

We recently hired Two Men and Truck for our move. The office staff was very pleasant in the beginning, they answered the phone, the communication was good, email confirmations, going room by room with the list of items to be moved, the number of bins and confirming the move, etc. HOWEVER, when you are calling about a recent move they do not bother answering your call and/or calling you back.
I've used Two Men and a Truck many times before but different locations. This location by far was the worst. One of the two men was on a personal call most of the move. They literally stopped working for over 30 minutes. When I asked why …

The movers I had were so great. They were kind and efficient, kept me informed, and went above that they were expecting to help get my son's desk (not really made to come apart) disassembled and reassembled to get into his new room. The company was great from booking to confirming to day of. Highly recommend.

Our son sold his condominium unit in Aurora, and we called Two Men and a Truck to move out some of the larger items. We were fortunate enough to have Vincent and Kai assigned to us as our "two men." They arrived at the expected time and immediately got to work, and in a relatively short period of time, the work was done. They were very efficient! They handled the furniture with care. Even though the end destination was only a few miles away, they took the necessary time to wrap and secure fragile items.

Two Men & A Truck made all of our moving needs so smooth and such a success. From the initial phone call for scheduling, the gentleman on the phone took the time to talk me through everything and answered all my questions and concerns. The three movers on moving day were very personable, kind, and moved all my items with extreme care!!!!! I would highly recommend Two Men & A Trick to anyone in need of a move! They took the stress out of moving and made everything flow perfectly! 10/10!
