I’ll start by saying that my experience was a 100% nightmare. The guys were friendly enough and showed up at a decent time, so those are about the only positives I can mention. The movers were extremely unprofessional when it came to handling my belongings. They didn’t seem to work well together, and they often carried more than they could safely manage. As a result, several items were dropped or damaged. One example was a file cabinet that was damaged so badly that it is no longer usable.
Do not use. They are not professional movers. I called and received a quote. I was told "All of our guys are professionals". While the men that did my move worked very hard, they were not professionals. They damaged my property (Both homes) in the process. Two were seasoned professionals, Two were high school kids. Charging 315 per hour for help that I could have my children's friends do. Their sales team are are not truthful and over charge.

Office staff very responsive and helpful. However, the crew we reserved three months in advance decided to not show up for work the day of our move. We had to contact the office to find out if anyone was coming to help us the day of our move. We were told the crew did not show up for work and were told we would get a crew the next day at a discounted rate. Ended up canceling.

Got quote, scheduled well in advance, confirmed with customer service rep Madison multiple times that the guys could drop some bagged trash off at my apt complex dumpster on the way out. They showed up the last day of my lease and the three small men walked in and then two stepped out while the main mover I assume in charge said he had to take videos of my apt and get approval from a supervisor. He left and came back and said “we can’t do it my supervisor will text you why” and then peaced out. No explanation.
Hi Katherine, while we regret that your experience was disappointing, we do want to clarify the circumstances surrounding your move. Our team arrived and found conditions that posed safety and sanitation concerns, which required us to pause and escalate to a supervisor for review.
After over 20 years of moving around in the military, this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had; and I’ve had movers steal my wedding ring before! From the moment the crew showed up it was nothing but complaining. I was shocked. Nothing but negative comments about what needed to be moved, how big pieces were, everything they weren’t taking excusing it however they could, how much we needed to clean the space around them, how much we needed to pack up if we wanted them to take it but it was too late...

Though I was initally pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of the moving crew, that later turned to disappointment when they damaged the door leading from my garage to the main living space as well as the item they were moving. The item was dropped twice, once in the apartment i was moving out of, damaging the floor (I'm still waiting on the final inspection report to see if I am liable for the damage) and a second time inside my new home, which I luckily had the foresight to put down some floor…

Last evening, i had a very unpleasant experienced with Two Men And Truck. My new neighbor, directly across the street was moving in. Upon completion on their unload, the driver of one of the box trucks, backed into my mailbox. Afterwards, he pulled up, and then backed into my newly installed $7000 brick columns. Furthermore, the driver was attempting to pull off before i ran out of my house and along side the truck. He acted as though he wasn't aware that he had struck them (really!!).
Hi James, We apologize this occurred and absolutely understand your frustrations. We take pride in the very thorough driver training we provide to our employees in which they know they should be using a spotter any time the truck is in reverse or moving in tight places.
It would be a zero if possible. Not even the older gentleman that was extremely pleasant could save this review. I hope someone from customer service sees this response because I am awaiting a call. Damaged furniture. Damaged walls. Unprofessional comments. Inappropriate comments. As one of the gentlemen recommended..

We have used this company a twice in the last few years. They always show up on time, complete the work as quoted, and have been very professional! We moved large household items down the street and they carefully wrapped and packed them neatly into the truck for the 1.5 mile trip! We have not been surprised by ‘extra fees’ and felt that everything was properly explained up front.
Flexibility is our middle name! We're so glad to hear everything went well, it was our pleasure to have helped with your move! ☺️
I had a pretty last minute move that I had to make. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and have things in storage. These men did not complain ONE bit. More than happy to help me move. They were professional, polite, careful, respectful of my daughter who was trying to become their best friends while doing hard work haha. Mike and Chris are who helped us move and they were fast and knew what they were doing. Had a great method of getting things on and off the truck. If I had a request they were on it!

Last year we moved from New York and it was awful, loss of items, damages. When I booked Two Men I was a bit apprehensive, but Denise on the phone was easy to talk to and very accommodating. There was no sales pressure to book, just call when ready, awesome! On moving day two extremely experienced men came with a trainee. They explained everything, were super polite, courteous and professional. They easily loaded fragile antiques and dis-assembled furniture, wrapped pictures and were loaded in a couple of hours.

Everything about Two Men and a Truck made them the BEST CHOICE from the moment that I initially called. From the time I called, they were the easiest to secure a quote with and the quote happened to be the lowest, on the exact day that I wanted and my items would be insured, something that other companies charged extra for if they offered it at all. They had quoted me $1875 with a possible range of rates, it would be lesser or more depending on the amount of time that it took; standard for movers I learned.
