The guys showed up and started moving my furniture and boxes, most I had packed myself and moved it 1 mile away. Immediately I noticed a LV piece of luggage missing that I was taking with my other luggage so I called after hours and reported it. The manager returned it the next morning. Two months later I began moving things to my new home and found boxes crushed, lamps broken, artwork destroyed etc. Over 5k in damage. Refused any compensation due to policy of no responsibility after 72 hours.
ISSUE: Two Men and a Truck charged my card additional amount different from the final invoice WITHOUT permission. Management team did not always conduct professional business. See below: We used Two Men and a Truck back in February. The crew did a decent job overall. They were hard working, the driver, Nate was exceptional. He had a great work ethic and was super professional and led the group. My issue is with the management team. There was a discrepancy with the amount of time spent and the amount charged.

I liked them at first. After going through my house and cleaning it up for a move I have realized the damage they did to my house will cost more than what I paid for them to move my stuff. Timing is perfect since I have to rush repairs since my house is going up for sale. Wood floor damaged. Multiple doors damaged. Multiple walls damaged. Do not use them if you are about to sell your house. Easily $2000+ to repair.
I hired them to move a few pieces of furniture around my house. They damaged my adjustable bed to the point that the frame has to be replaced. I have notified them and have yet to receive a reply re restitution for the cost which is considerable.

Broke over 1,000 dollars worth of items in a simple move over the bay. Guys worked hard, but clearly lacked training, If you're looking for a moving company find another.

First off the woman in the office was super nice. She made sure I was confident in booking with Two Men and A Truck. The men showed up on time, even a few minutes early and ready to work. They were super nice, super helpful, very polite. I booked them for a 2 hour minimum but ended up needing them for our whole move. They stayed longer with no complaints. They wrapped and handled each item with care. Not once did I hear them say anything negative. Would definitely book with them again.

I recently used Two Men & A Truck in Mobile and have used them in other cities and have found them to be very reliable, trustworthy, their teams do a fantastic job of taking care of my belongings, even fragile and heirloom items. Terry and Kaston were friendly, energetic and upbeat through my entire move. They made a seriously stressful day move quickly and smoothly, I cannot express how helpful they were.
