Two Men and a Truck Moving

Two Men and a Truck completed a move for me in April of 2017. The crew though friendly made several mistakes during the move that damaged a fair amount of my solid wood and leather furniture, which the main point of hiring them was to help avoid damage. The move was made easier for the crew in an effort to help keep a schedule and the cost close to the estimate. All items were boxed and the furniture was disassembled.

SLOPPY - THEY LOST AN IMPORTANT ITEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE UNRESPONSIVE AND SLIMY. They lost an essential piece of my son's bunkbed, and once I realized it was missing, my calls and messages went unanswered for days before I was finally connected to their "claims manager" who refused to help me because in the final stressful moments of the move, I signed a form stating I had received all items.

This company is definitely worth the money! Very unprofessional, did not want to do anything that was even the slightest bit hard. Never answered the phone when we had an issue or when they took an hour to arrive from the pick-up point to the drop-off point & never responded to any of my voicemails which were of a timely manner.

I have always used two men and a truck, for over a decade now, and have made 3 big moves in 2 different states. All have gone really well and without any damage. Guys were always super fast and professional as well. Because of this, I called them a few months ago to just move a few items: a couch and a desk into a truck, and moving some exercise equipment inside my house. After trying to move the exercise equipment for almost 45 min, they couldn't get any of it to the location I needed it moved to.

I had honestly the worst experience with Two Men and a Truck. I have so many witnesses who saw the way they packed the truck up, half-assed. They didn't listen to me when I said I needed my garage and sheds dealt with first. They did the garage last, and I was left with so much to move myself, and I lost out on money selling my house because of this ordeal. When they called to ask how it went, I told them, but little did I know how my storage unit was actually packed.

I had hired them to move my toolbox and tool cart from my old job to my new job on 07/17/2026 and I did tell them to watch my toolbox very heavy by the time it got to my new place of employment I found that both my tool chest and tool cart fell over and my tools fell out everywhere then they called me ask how was the service told them that it fell over they didnt strap it down good so it wouldn't fall over but it did and I ask them for half my money back and I never heard back from the company to get at least half…

I’m sure they could have been fine for a move, but this location gets two stars from me because they had the google maps hours listed as being open on Monday, I then drove fifteen minutes out on a very busy premove day to get more box from them, only to find that they only listed there hours on maps as open for when they do moves that day, when the office has no open hours that day. While I understand the reason for listing the hours as open, they have part of their moving business open.

I hired two men and a truck to move a brand new white couch. I am still paying on it. They completely destroyed it. It looks like they drop kicked it down the stairs. They did not wrap it or protect it in any way. And because I didn't buy their "special insurance" they will not fix and/or replace the couch they ruined. They did however, offer me $108.00 for good faith which doesn't even come close to the price of the $1200.00 couch.
