We had used this company previously and had an EXCELLENT experience, which is why we chose them again for our move. We have used them for storage of our home furnishings for the last 7 months. Everything had been amazing until our most recent experience. The first crew we worked with was extremely efficient, professional, and provided the level of service we expected. Unfortunately, this experience was very different.

My wife and I have utilized this company twice, the first time being a great experience. The second time, which was last week, was horrible. First, I will say setting up for the move, and the communication with the move coordinator was great. Absolutely no problems there. However, the actual move was a terrible experience. Part of what is to be included in the service is the padding/wrapping of all of the furniture. This is clearly stated on their website. Absolutely no piece of furniture was padded! Not one!
They sent three young men. One of wich worked diligently. But our brand new sectional that was almost 2000 was broken internally (the wooden structure) our brand new master suite almost 1000 dollar dresser was ruined. Our wall in our new house was marked with small hole. Our king tempurpedic that we just bought 8months back and is priced at over 4000 was perfect and pristine and is now stained with yellowish dust marks. When reported they didn’t take any discount off of our almost 1300 dollar move.

I have moved several times in my life, and by far this has been the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. A total nightmare from the first call to the move in. My move was on a Saturday. Apparently, they couldn't get anyone else to work so they sent 3 of the most inexperienced movers they could send. The senior of which, the supposed supervisor had only been there a month and boy did it show. Mind you, I only moved half of my house and not even. They totally dropped the ball at loading the truck.
The worst experience we’ve ever had with a moving company. We purchased their “insurance”. It turned out to be worthless. They damaged our driveway and busted divots in the concrete. The movers apologized when it happened. However, all we got after was the run around, excuses and threats about collections if we didn’t pay the initial bill. We have paid the bill in full and still have a driveway they ruined. Of course, they lied and never fixed the issue even after we have paid now.

Suri, Torrion, and Roth were wonderful for my move from Nashville this week. They had great communication, showed up on time, handled my items with care, and worked hard the whole time! It was also so easy to set the move up in the first place and with all the details they ask for the quote, it ended up being accurate (slightly less than quoted). Highly recommend using these movers!

We had team lead Jesse with his teammates Ty, Deyante, Torrion and John. They were courteous and professional and met our needs and requests politely. The move was grueling going past midnight and Jesse and team maintained a positive attitude. They made sure to roll out the red carpets, protect doors, walls and corners. They were able to man handle our heavy furniture up stairs without complaint and without a scratch .
