**Absolutely Appalling Service - Avoid at All Costs!** I had the absolute misfortune of hiring Two Men and a Truck for my recent move, and I cannot stress enough how dreadful the experience was. They initially quoted me a price but then tried to change it after loading some of my stuff. When I refused to sign, stating I didn’t want to pay more than the original quote, they left 1/3 -1/2 of my belongings behind in the storage unit.
I will never use 2 men and a truck again. This was the most stressful move I have ever had because of these guys. I used them for both packing and moving. The team was Isiah, Christian, and David. The team lead was Isiah and he was very disorganized. He would start packing multiple rooms at once and never seem to finish anything he started. He missed cabinets in the kitchen because of this. He would try to put as much stuff in the biggest boxes as possible and didn't wrap anything. He had his team do the same.
Please do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for a moving company. I engaged this company to move the contents of essentially a one-bedroom apartment from the Philadelphia area to Michigan. The first cautionary note is that this branch uses software that deletes all links after a couple of weeks so unless you print off everything, you will have no record of original estimates, any amendments and subsequent adjustments, etc.
Stay away from this company, they are overpriced and unprofessional. They were hired to simply move two desks and two chairs for me. Damaged my walls in 5 different spots. Wouldn't even entertain the idea of giving me a credit for the damage. They said I had to open a claim for them to send someone out for the repairs. Undermined the severity of the situation during that process in which I canceled. They also did not handle any of the items with any care whatsoever. Completely unacceptable.
Damaged half my items. Sent kids to do the job who did not care whatsoever and didn’t take care of most of the damages they created. Took extra long to do the job which cost me more and still didn’t put everything where they needed to go. Put our bed together wrong and left out 6 screws. Absolutely horrible job.
FIND ANYONE ELSE TO DO YOUR MOVE! We used this company to move us last week. They were fast & courteous but that’s where it ended. We paid extra to insure our belongings from damages. Stuff was damaged- like a new dresser we paid just over …

These guys made moving so much easier than it has ever been for us before. They did a walkthru our apartment and asked what was going on the truck. They even carried out some hefty furniture to the dumpster for us. We sat back while they wrapped everything up carefully and packed it onto the truck. They were very friendly and professional and acted like carrying some of the really heavy stuff was super easy.

I am completely satisfied with the outstanding moving service provided by Two Men and a Truck. My crew consisting of Victor, Brian, and Shane did an incredible job from start to finish. Even with heavy rain and multiple flights of stairs, they worked with excellent speed and efficiency. They handled all of my large furniture, a Queen size bed, and a fragile large sized TV with the utmost care. Every single item arrived at my new place in perfect condition without any damage or water spots.
