Two Men and a Truck Moving

I would not recommend these movers unless you're prepared to have your items stolen. Benito and his team moved me from Arizona to California so it was a two day move. When I finally unpacked everything, I realized my Nintendo switch and the games that went with it and the charging port were all missing. It came to over $500 worth of items., I triple checked that it was really no where to be found before I reached out to Benito who directed me to his manager, Iyan.

I would never recommend this service to my worst enemy. Called on the phone to get and estimate and movers arrived around 20 minutes late (not as huge of a deal for us) and pointed them to what needed to be moved from our home into the storage unit. They loaded up the truck and this is when things started to go downhill. It seemed pretty quickly that they were not actually taking care of any of my belongings. Things clearly marked fragile were tossed into the van.

worst movers I ever had. needed help packing and they put my kitchen knives in vertical with the tips straight up and sliced my arm when opened box. ruined fine art, broke priceless collectable and would not account for anything. paid for 3 men per hour. was supposed to be a 3 hr move, however they sat around for 2 hrs doing nothing and when I complained they threatened to leave. my 3 hr move turned into 8 hrs and charged me for 8. never use this company, ever.

We decided to use this company due to their reputation. They also have some of the highest prices in the valley. We assumed their cost reflected their quality. We were not happy with the services provided to us by these movers. The movers had a great start in the beginning, extremely cautious with how they handled our furniture. Once we got to unloading we noticed a change in effort. We had two pieces of furniture completely damaged. Multiple boxes dropped down a fight of stairs.

would strongly advise anyone to avoid this moving company. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They showed up already complaining, saying things like “we’re on our 11th hour of work” and “we were just thrown onto this job.” That alone set the tone for how the rest of the day went. They moved painfully slow, dragged the job out for hours, and clearly had no sense of urgency or professionalism. Despite having plenty of room in the truck, they refused to take all of my belongings.

The middle of May my husband and I moved. Downsizing from a large home to a temporary place placing a lot of items in storage. The crew seemed friendly enough and worked all day. I was not able to watch all of them packing up our items. When we got to the storage unit to place items in it I could see a lot of the items had not been carefully packed and already had noticeable damage. They said to just let the office know the next day. So I called within a few days and talked with Doris and others.

The move with this company was a nightmare. 4.5 hours to pack a truck from a 2 bedroom condo. They RIPPED our one and only couch during the move, right in the middle of the chaise lounge cushion- non flippable cushion. I have spend the past 4.5 weeks trying to get them to fix this. I have given up work time and weekend time amongst many phone calls. They have given me the run around every step of the way and my couch is still not fixed.

Damaged furniture and lost hardware. I would never, never use this Company again. My nightstand had a dolly pushed through the bottom drawer, ruining it. Also my Daughters dresser is missing the hardware, it is specialty sizes and we have not been able to put it back together without it. They take lamps, mirrors, anything that is easier to move apart, which is fine, but they do not keep track of the hardware. They are only concerned with getting their tip, and getting the things moved quickly.
