I wouldn’t even give them a one-star rating. They moved my flatscreen TVs without wrapping them, which resulted in one being broken. To make matters worse, they never wrapped my brand-new mattress, which is now filthy. When it was time to pay the $385 I owed, they stole money from my card and charged my car $730. It took two days for them to return my money. I will never work with them again. I don’t understand how they could make such a mistake, charging me $385 and then steal $730 on my card.

This was the WORST experience of moving. First the drivers decided they wanted to stop for drinks during transport. Secondly they were slow with unpacking. Thirdly the movers were talking and laughing in the truck just having a good time. I had to ask them to continue unloading the truck as I am paying by the hour. The mover responded, saying he was folding up the towels they used to cover my items during the move.

I would give a 0 star rating if a could. Had a HORRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The 2 men reeked of weed, then continued to break 3 pieces of furniture and tried to hide what they broke. When I called the company to complain, they said they would take care of it but needed to talk to their regional manager first. I continued to call for multiple days in a row and every single day they said “we will call you tomorrow” with NO CALL the next day.

I hired these guys but came and left without moving my stuffs claiming they will get infected because my mattress has stain, I told them leave mattresses out and move other stuffs, they said no, later when they were leaving one of my neighbors heard them talking that we are black and they were saying prejudice stuff about me.what I can conclude is that I was refuse service because of the color of my skin. This is unheard of .

Everyone I asked recommended Two Men and a Truck for my move. They were all right, starting with the office staff. Every time I called I spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. The movers were excellent. The three were totally in sync, working well together and each knowing their next task. They carefully wrapped items that needed protecting. We hired Two Men and a Truck to unload 4 U Boxes for the minimum 3 hours. The gentlemen who came arrived and promptly got to work, transferred our stuff carefully, and were friendly and upbeat the entire time even though it was their last shift of the day. They were done in about an hour and a half. We were so impressed and it was definitely money well spent!

We had an outstanding experience with 2 Men and a Truck when moving my dad from 1 independent living facility to another on the east side of Cleveland.
