Two Men and a Truck Moving

I picked this company because of their good reviews. What a mistake They were easy to contact when I needed to schedule a move But as soon as there was a problem, I had to call and call and call to get through I even texted repeatedly and never got a response. It’s been over a month and I’ve been able to have one conversation with them and I’ve received no assistance with the problems with my move.

The only reason they are getting one star, is because Google does not allow me to give negative stars. This might be the worst moving company in the country. Their management team is rude and incompetent (led by Eric). After over two weeks of trying to get them to deliver our stuff - during which their only goal was to wear us down and give in to spending an extra $2000 (I think they get trained on how to do this) - they finally agreed to pack our stuff correctly into their crates.

I used two men and a truck for a recent move. The workers were amazing, strong, resourceful and pleasant and professional. However, the quote from the company was WAY Underbid!!!, even though a face time walkthrough was done showing everything that need to be moved and packed. A quote was given and then when the workers arrived, they were unable to complete the job in one 14 hr. day and needed to come back an additional 3 days.

First, I will say I was treated very kindly, the staff was very responsive and the process of planning the trip was easy. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the actual services that I asked for. If you look on the website, it has a long page full of experience and care with piano moving. The picture shown on the page is a baby grand piano, the very kind I was asking to be moved. I also asked specific questions about their care for my piano and exactly what techniques they used to prep it for travel.

We had hired two men and a truck to move our washer and dryer out of our house in preparation for moving. The crew that came did an amazing job. The pit carpet runners down, were professional about and and had the job done quickly. Due to this experience, we hired them again to help us move. I will say that the second crew was terrible. I will admit our house was situated on a hill which makes moving challenging, especially in winter. However, that is why we hired, what we thought, were professional movers.

We have to say the general manger in this company is lack of honesty, responsibility and morality. We told him the number of unused boxes before he loaded them into his van. He never issued refund. We had to fight for over one month finally he refund partial amount. On the refund details, he deleted the number of most expensive boxes and added the number of cheap boxes and told us this is the actual number of the boxes he received.

This was my second time using a moving company.I have to say the two men that came and loaded everything were very nice and did their job and delivered my furniture and items without damaging them. However, I would expect the company to go over with the client what the rates are and how they charge and what they are charging for which was never explained to me.

So I got these guys to come help me move. I lived in a one bedroom apartment. That's it. I told them that I needed help moving the furniture because I do not have a truck I also didn't have any boxes, so I need a little bit of help packing. Turns out they only needed to bring like two or three boxes, because I wind up packing just about everything by myself in various suitcases and such. I needed two TV boxes. Other than that, there was no extras that I needed. I got a quote of anywhere between $900, and $1,600.
