Horrible experience with office staffer Kathy was terrible when I moved last and she was very rude. The “co-owner” Kale Bryant was a great help in moving multiple times before and I valued his customer service greatly- but my latest experience was far from ideal. He called me from his cell typically and emailed me but all attempts to reach him to pay my invoice I made- back in September of 2021- on his cell, voicemails, and texts were ignored. I, at the time thought he was getting my texts but says he did not.

Young, inexperienced movers. Zero knowledge about loading, hauling, or storing. Damaged furniture. Didn't know how to secure items properly. Carelessly packed everything into storage completely wrong. Unbelievable.
Hi Meredith, We apologize for being unable to exceed your expectations. However, it is to our understanding that we have contacted both you and the customer on file multiple times in an effort to come out and restack your storage unit as well as compensate you for your losses.
I live in Lake Charles and our area just experienced major deviation due to Hurricane Laura and after looking online and seeing their price of less than $70/hour I decided to call. I received a call back just to find out that they increased their hourly rate to $150/hour plus a $150 deposit minimum of 4 hours. I have two pieces of furniture!!! I feel this company COMPLETELY is taking advantage of people in such bad time!! I WILL NEVER CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS I LIVE.

Let me tell you all,this is the place for it, from the moment they came to our house to give us a quote I could tell that they were a serious and reputable company. The movers, Richard and Benny, were very professional and understanding, great communication with them, and awesome attitude. My husband and I, 100%, recommend two men and a truck! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. The movers were professional, friendly, and very considerate throughout the entire move. They helped pack and wrap my kitchen items and took care of several other miscellaneous tasks as well. The biggest challenge was getting my sofa up to the third floor when it wouldn’t fit in the elevator, but they handled it without complaint and carried it up three flights of stairs. Everything arrived safely, and I don’t believe anything was damaged.
