We hired two men and a truck to move from Kansas to South Dakota in June. Besides leaving behind 15 items and not telling us until they were gone and we realized t h e items were missing they had damaged a wardrobe cabinet, bed frame and soiled our new living room set and chair.They did send us a check which they claimed would cover the damaged furniture and cleaning of the couches and chair.The chair never did come clean qand the dresser legs were beyond repair.We have been told to I cash the check and go buy…

I have used this company for my kids several times and have always been very happy with their service - until now. I recently hired them to move my daughter, and one of the movers was wildly inappropriate to her, making sexual comments and advanced to her. He made her so uncomfortable that she left in the middle of the move, and due to this I was charged twice the amount of my quote. I spoke with Van, who said he was the manager and would call me back. I still have not heard back.

We had a subpar experience with our movers, but I'm actually leaving a negative review because the operations manager called us and promised he'd "make things right" ... and then we never heard from him again. Our moving experience was as follows: We were quoted 6.5 hours with two movers to move our furniture/boxes, a bed from a storage unit, and two items from our garage from house A to house B.

Not sure where to even begin on this one. I scheduled a move a month in advance. Signed a contract for the move. I had extra people to help with packing and unpacking and setup. 12 minutes before the scheduled arrival and I get a call telling me they can’t fulfill their part of the contract. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I was told they didn’t have enough people to perform the move. Why would you accept a job if you didn’t know it could be done?

They initially sent three people to load our moving truck. Then decided they needed another person once they got to Sioux Falls and my husband did at least 50% of the moving to load the truck. Upon arrival, my grandfather clock is broken and they will take a small percentage of cause for that. My husband‘s table saw is bent beyond use and he has had it two years but they wanted the receipt which we can’t find so they said too bad can’t help you.

Will never recommend this company. Quite literally made my pregnant wife cry. One of the movers told me I was a liar for what I specifically told them needed to be moved. I had to take additional time off work to deal with the employee. The response was underwhelming by management. Was almost nice of them to take $150 off a $3,000+ bill. Will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to never use this company.

Two Men and a Truck Movers damaged my Kitchen Aid refrigerator door by trying to SHOVE it through the front door - it’s dented and scratched. Also they cracked the plexiglass front of GE dryer door. Had to take them to claims court. They avoided contact with me and Sheriffs dept. Still have not received reimbursement after 7 months. Owner says the guy I dealt with is no longer working there.

It was easy to arrange the move - online estimate was helpful and accurate. The ability to track the truck to and from the move was really beneficial. The crew (Joseph, Keenan, and Zach) did an excellent job. They were hard workers, organized, professional, polite, friendly - and very careful with handling all of the items in the move. They worked fast, too - very efficient! After they had everything in they asked if we needed anything moved to a different spot before they left.

I was extremely impressed with the two movers that helped me, Wyatt and Hector. They did a great job with communication and moving all of my items without damage. I highly recommend this service because it was the easiest moving experience I've had.

Malcolm and Mason did an outstanding job with the move-in. They went above and beyond, remained friendly, helpful, and strong throughout, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish. That said, the two movers who initially came to remove everything for the flooring work were a mixed experience. One performed very well, but the other was extremely careless. He tossed one power cord for my $10,000 electric sofa into the bathroom and threw the other out onto the deck.

Anthony and Rawhide were so helpful with the entire moving process. They were personable and kind and took great care with wrapping and transferring my furniture from my current apartment to my new one. I have never used a moving company before, so I was a bit anxious about having strangers in my home and having someone else transport my items, but these two were very kind and personable young men. The process was smooth!! I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving purposes.
