If I could give zero stars I would. Hands-down, this has been the worst experience of my life from being told the window of when they were arriving it would be between 10 AM to 1 PM.. at 1:15 pm I called because they were still not at my residence to start the move. They told me they got a flat tire and would be there within an hour. I wished I received a phone call to give me a heads up but whatever I let it go.. But then They did not arrive until and not getting there until 3:50 PM.
All our problems came from the office side. Our moving team were 6 1/2 hours late. The office failed to book us a team but lied on the phone telling us they were coming at the 3 hour late mark. At 6:30 a crew finally showed up. They volunteered to stay late to cover the unscheduled move. We were very disappointed with the office and will never book through this office again.
We have used Two Men and a Truck three times before, but this time it was awful. The move was from Elyria to Euclid. Our time slot was 9:00-11:00, they didn’t show up until 1:30. We had to call them to find out what was going on, they didn’t call us. When they showed up, we had to cut limbs off a tree so they would come up the driveway, even though they had driven up the same driveway about a year ago. They charged us for the time it took to cut the limbs.
Not a very good expirience. A 2nd truck was needed. It broke down on the way to the destination. The 1st truck had to be unloaded then was sent to the broke down truck to get the its contents. The price was not as agreed to. We had furniture that was damaged. The damaged items were relatively new. The company wants to have their expert repair them, I want them replaced. The arm on the couch is broke. My dining room table is badly scratched. If I wanted repaired furniture I would of bought used instead of new.

Buyer beware. Hired them to move our office and they NO SHOWED. I had to call them 30 minutes past the 3 hour window that they were to be there, only to hear excuses and that they were not going to show up. After another hour on the phone …

not a good experience. 'lead' mover came in with an attitude {steps,long hallway) not the first time using them and the other time ( not my self but a family member) wasnt the best

Collin, Ray and Quincy did an outstanding job as well as Alicia in the office. They all went above and beyond to get this difficult move of antique and vintage furnishings to their destination safely. All were professional, courteous, skilled and very pleasant to work with! This was not an easy task for any of them but they went far above and beyond for a fantastic and smooth job! Can't thank them enough nor sing their praises enough!!!

Had to schedule a last-minute emergency move and they were very understanding and helped us find a time that would work despite being nearly totally booked up. Movers were very good communicators, very kind and efficient. They worked fast which cut down the estimated price (paid by the hour) to a fairly low relative price, which we're very grateful for. Excellent job, would definitely contact again for our next move.
