Do not use this mover unless you want your valuable irreplaceable furniture broken and damaged. They had an unprofessional crew and laughed about the damage to our furniture. They destroyed a priceless Chinese urn and hand made tree. They didn’t label the boxes so we cant find any of our kitchen, bedroom, bathroom items, etc.

Do NOT use. I have a whole list of items they damaged, broke, or simply went missing. They destroyed our couch which is now 5K and only offered us $500. The $500 barely even covers one of our lamps they broke. We have still yet to see the $500 and they have stopped answering.

I really tried to not post such a review and just settle matters between them and myself however that approach is no longer an option!! Moved from SC to NC, fed the movers Starbucks and McDonald’s and did not hover over them. I’m thinking all is well which was FAR from the case!! My belongings where placed throughout the apartment wherever seemed good for the movers not Me!!

We found out through a Facebook message from a nice family three states over from us that some of our personal belongings were moved into their home. Practically our entire house has been in storage since the beginning of August and will be until March while our new house is completed. When we called Two Twigs to see if this was true all Jake could say was "yep. We're sending a truck to go get it." No apology, no explanation. Our stuff is supposed to be in a temperature controlled unit.

If a moving company texts you when you put your house on the market, don’t hire them. Do your own research and find a company that doesn’t have to prey on people. These guys owe me money. Broke two televisions, lost a table, ran mattresses across the warehouse floor with no protection (now they’re stained), stored our furniture and belongings in a filthy warehouse where it was infested with roaches that jumped out then our things were being redelivered. Rat and mouse droppings all over our linens, too.

We have moved many times, and this was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had. We paid about $2000 (including the move, tip, and food for the movers) to have them move only bulk items 15 minutes away, yet ended up with broken furniture, missing items, and hours of additional work. To be clear, this price was only to move our furniture—they did not pack or unpack our home. The movers arrived nearly an hour and a half late and said there had been an accident.

Do not use this company. They are a cut rate. They broke numerous of my items. They decided to take a two hour nap during the move. It took them twice as long as they said it would. There trucks are broken down leaking oil and one doesn’t have lights to drive at night. They dropped my furniture where they felt like it and just piled things up. They literally dumped out boxes in my garage and when I caught them they tried to pretend to take things out slowly.

Company changed pricing on me 3 times during the move. Original price was agreed to based on amount of the house items we had. After coming to the house they re priced it again. Double the original estimate. For the second time I agreed on the price just to get it over with and get in my new house. After the move was complete the manager called me for the 3rd time stating they took longer so I had to pay more again.
