Excellent Equipment: The trailer I rented was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly easy to pull. Fantastic Customer Service: When I picked up and returned the truck, the staff at the counter were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They checked the vehicle out/in quickly, and the final receipt was emailed to me within minutes. Honest Pricing: There were absolutely no hidden surprises on my final bill.
I am military and have used uhaul services at least 5 times for every change in station and this location should be the standard for all others. The manager Debbie is what I imagine customer service use to be when everyone says it use to be amazing. She is an amazing and very intelligent, attentive manager every single question I had she answered in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was a burden.
The employees here are super friendly and helpful. They make legitimate recommendations rather than just trying to upsell you on things, and will even apply discounts that the reservation website missed. The store is clean and well organized and the storage area is high tech, secure, and climate controlled.

Had uboxes dropped off here, most of the stuff was undamaged, 1 flat had the screen cracked. They worked with us, but they were late getting them out for us to unload - 15 minutes. Wanted it out and ready at 0900. They got a truck in, that they didn't expect.
