In their own words
Staff was great. Check-in and check out. Was very quick, real friendly people. Thanks.
The young man (sorry forgot his name, he had dreadlocks) that helped me was extremely helpful and attentive. There is another U-Haul location closer to me (1735 N Lewis Ave, 60085), but I will continue to frequent this Gurnee location because of this associate, he is an asset to your organization.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We're pleased to hear that your experience at our U-Haul location met your expectations.
Me and my fiance came in for a quote and Dassan and an older man that was with him helped us with no problem. They were very professional and answered all my question and concerns I had. At the end our move was very simple especially moving from Illinois to tusla Oklahoma. Thank you for the ease.
Michael was awesome, he really stood out as the harder worker. He made suggestions that helped our process of moving our U-Boxes to our storage facility. They were accommodating and helpful, which was a comfort after a big exhausting move.
Hi there! Thank you so much for choosing U-Haul. We're really happy to hear that you had a great experience at our facility. If there's anything at all we can do to make it even better next time, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help!
