I would not recommend trusting Upack with your belongings if you value your things at all. While I was in the very final stage of loading my moving container, it started to rain. Despite the door being fully closed and locked, Upack's container leaked, and everything inside got wet. When I briefly reopened the pod to add the last few items and realized my belongings were getting soaked, I had no choice but to *completely* unload the entire container (at night, in the rain.) The container arrived on time, was picked up when promised and arrived in great condition after an 1,800 mile journey. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommended.

On-time with truck delivery in Missouri - we had plenty of extra time to load since it was over Thanksgiving holiday. Driver picked up truck at appropriate time - we drove to our new home in Florida hoping this all works. Truck was delivered to my storage shed on our coordinated date with no problems. Truly, it was great and there were NO secret or hidden charges for us. I expected something, as far as extra charges, but charges were as explained to me in the beginning transaction.
