The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
They were very helpful, on time , no damage to things, relaiable and great value. I moved my house hold things from Auburn, Alabama to Memphis Tennessee in March 2023.
Thanks for trusting us with your move, Nilmini! We're glad we were a great fit for your needs, and we hope you enjoy your new home in Tennessee.
I ordered 2 ReloCubes to fit the contents of my 2 bedroom (actually 3 bedroom but one of them was practically empty) condo. Initially, I was skeptical of how much the 2 containers would fit but to my surprise, they fit much more than I anticipated and had room to spare. If you're not a professional truck driver, the thought of driving a loaded truck for even a couple of hundred miles is unnerving. Think of renting a truck and adding all the available insurance options vs letting a professional do it.
All the workers were so kind and helpful. It arrived when at the estimated time. Because of the location of my belongings I had to go with service center to service center. I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia, the process was easy and pretty fast. The cost was affordable, they definitely have the best prices.
We're glad our team was helpful during your move to Georgia, Natasha! Thank you for choosing U-Pack and for taking the time to leave a review. We hope you enjoy your new home!
After hearing the horror stories of the other container movers similar to this, I was hesitant, but I did a good bit of research and came to the conclusion that U-Pack would be the best fit. I traveled from the West Coast to the East Coast and only a few days after I arrived, I had all of my belongings in my new home.
Thank you for trusting us with your move and taking the time to share your experience, Nicholas. We hope you enjoy your new home on the East Coast!
