We were moving from Florida to Nebraska. Easy to use website. I was able to schedule what day I needed the trailer dropped off. Once it was loaded we only paid for the amount of space we used. I was able to track the trailer during transportation and it even arrived 5-7 days sooner than the estimated date of arrival. You're given 3 days to unload which is nice. They picked up the trailer quickly once we notified it was empty. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly.
We’ve used Upack twice now and each time it’s been exceptional. We used it to move from Nebraska to Florida and now back to Nebraska and everything has worked literally flawlessly. The price was far better than other similar options we looked at and every time I’ve needed some answers, I’ve been able to immediately connect with a representative who got me answers right away. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing to move as much stuff as we did.
