Drop off of the unit went well. The driver was friendly and helpful. The unit was dropped off Thursday, and I requested pick up for Friday as soon as I could because my storage unit would only allow it to be there for 24 hours. I didn’t hear anything Friday, so I called Saturday morning to check that it was picked up. I was assured that it had been. Later that day, I get a call from my storage unit asking when it was going to be gone.
Used these guys for a military move and at first, everything was great. Easy to pack, they picked it up as agreed. However, when we got our items delivered, our locks were gone and the drivers said something about cutting off U Pack locks even though we were told our locks would be fine. We'll, delivery made it down, except at some point the doors must have been opened and our items gone through, because we are missing multiple bolts and misc hardware for our items and we are missing an $800 bose soundbar.

Overall we had a great experience with U-Pack. Especially the Little Rock Arkansas staff was very friendly and on time. My only minor complaint is that the truck inside was extremely dirty and through that some of my items got damaged. Absolutely do not put anything on the truck floor without wrapping it first (rugs, paintings, *every* piece of furniture). I would always use them again! We always knew what to do and to expect every step of the way. A+
I highly recommend using U-Pack/ABF as after my research and experience it is the easiest to use and cheapest option available. My family and i relocated from Arkansas to Hawaii this year and we got quotes from all sorts of moving services, move brokers, Pods etc. Everything from self pack to delivery and so on was anywhere from $7000-13,000 for <300 cubic foot containers which are the smallest usual ones available.

I moved from Arizona to Arkansas. I priced multiple options and UPack was by far the best value. The driver's that dropped off and delivered was very professional and answered all of my questions.
