In their own words
I moved from VA to AL and also had to store my items. Everything went well except I wasn’t impressed with the size of my relocube but I made it work for me. Quick with a response and very easy to talk to.
UPack was fantastic for my military move. I had a lot of scheduling problems and issues moving across country due to Covid and they assisted me every step of the way so things were still delivered on time.
We used U-Pack after discovering how crazy labor costs had gotten for movers. We filled the entire 28' trailer ourselves. Practically elliminated the frustration associated with turning over all your worldly possesions to a stranger. We chose to set a firm delivery date and it was there that morning as promised. The 3-day load/unload time was no problem for a one-man job. We will be using U-Pack for all our moving needs in the future and recommend it to all our friends.

The drivers were awesome. We worked with 3 different drivers, and all of them went out of their way to help us, such as moving trailers to make it easier for us to load, adding straps to make the load more secure, and helping to load and unload the 2nd trailer so we didn’t have to keep it on the property (we had to get a second trailer because we had 15 extra boxes). Moving is stressful, but U-Pack made the whole process a little less stressful. Thank you.
