In their own words
First time using U-Pack. I had a good experience. The U-Pack staff were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and I have no complaints. They made the process super easy by using my phone for updates. The only down-side was the delivery. We were the last delivery of the day, the guy was tired and would not place the trailer where it needed to be. Clearly, he was grumpy and wanted the day over (at our expense).
U-Pack did a great job of doing what they promised to do at a reasonable price. Service on both ends of the move from Maine to Washington went smoothly. The process was well documented and the use of technology to keep you informed was good (could use some minor changes). Customer Service and dispatch were very easy to contact. I would not hesitate to use this service again!
I am very pleased with the service, and the friendly help appreciated when you are moving. They were right on schedule, willing to accept changes in plans, and more than willing to help when in a bind... Moving is hard enough and they do everything they can to accommodate the customers needs (and stress levels). Thank you so much for your southern hospitality.
Upack was awesome!! Made our move from FL to Maine so much easier and alot less stressful. They kept us informed the whole way and we would definitely recommend UPACK!!
