The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Fantastic experience all around. We had a relatively quick move from New Mexico to Northern Michigan, and I was NOT looking forward to driving a Uhaul truck myself or paying $10K+ for a moving company. Upack was outstanding and the customer service was exceptional and easy. The trailer delivered on time and they delivered the trailer to our new location on the date requested. We over estimated the amount of space we needed, and Upack only charged us for what we used...about $1000 under the estimate.
Thank you for trusting us with your move to Michigan, Benny! We're glad you experienced exceptional customer service, and we hope you enjoy your new home.
When looking to move a partial house of furniture to send to my son and his family when we sold our home, we found this to be a great option. This Comoany went above and beyond our expectations. Made our moving experience hassle free and a walk in the park! Thank You!
