U. Santini came highly recommended to us from a family member so we chose them despite the high quote because of the assurances we received of their professionalism and reliability. We've had bad movers break things before. Turns out U Santini doesn't break things, they just lose them completely. Upon arriving and unboxing, we realized that one bag was missing -- the bag containing a lifetime collection of jewelry.
We had a bad experience unfortunately. The elevator of our office building was scratched during a move, likely when the guys tried to move some pieces of furniture into the narrow door opening and they neglected to properly wrap the furniture, nor did they protect the elevator. Their insurance never did due diligence, and has been giving the runaround for the payment to repair the damage for almost 5 months. Santini ownership unfortunately has provided little more than lip service and a shrugged shoulder at best.

EDITED: After fully unpacking, we discovered that our $1500 flat screen tv had been inadequately packed and was cracked and completely dead. I filed an insurance claim with them five weeks ago and have heard nothing from them, despite repeated emails. I will be filing a claim in small claims court. Such a disappointment. Had an absolutely perfect move this week. The guys were prompt, hard-working, flexible and made everything go smoothly.

They moved about a dozen high quality plastic bins out of and back into my basement and broke nearly half of them. When moving them they told me they would not normally move these bins but since they were such good quality they would be fine. When I wrote them with photos of the broken bins they never responded.

All of the folks at U Santini Made our move smooth and easy! My husband and I signed our lease with exactly one week to pack and move (locally, about 3 miles) A bunch of folks from a local organization recommended U Santini and we could not be happier to pass that recommendation on to others. They organized a video walkthrough of our current space to get a sense of the scale and what items we were taking and communicated the estimate quickly.
I utilized U. Santini for a move from Brooklyn to upstate. All aspects of the move went great. From working with Simi on the quote and walking through the scope of the move. They were very accommodating with adding a last minute second stop. While in the end they needed to do it in one day, opposed to the planned two, all was moving along very quickly, so it worked out for all. The crew: Billy, Tommy, and Rollin were great. The crew arrived on time and were super professional.
Did a pack and move with U Santini recently. John and his crew were excellent. All of my stuff (including some large wine fridges and a lot of glassware) were handled carefully. The whole team was very friendly. The job took less time than the estimate, which was a good surprise!

Well, thank you thank you to Santini moving and storage company. When Mario knocked on my door this morning, he was calm, cool . collected and easy-going. He listened to my concerns. We went through the whole house before the crew even got to my home. And when the crew showed up, that would be Andreas, Luis, Silver and Wolff (Farkas), they were absolutely lovely, very polite, very friendly, took their time but yet efficient and really felt pride in their work.
