Haphazardly thrown items in .... could have loaded more if done correctly. Hired 4 guys to start at 9am....one guy was an hour and half late ...was charged because had to use extra time..... My deep freezer was laid on its back in the garage.... Offered them drinks and snacks which I had to clean up.... Will NEVER use or recommend this company. Have sent emails with pictures with no response. Requesting tip back. Now I have to rent ANOTHER truck to drive from South Carolina to Arkansas because of incompetence.
My appointment was at 12:00 the 2 guys showed up late, and wasn’t energetic they wanted to load everything into the and not unload , the guy was moving so slow for 2 hours I think undergraduates should repay me some money Imy daughter her friend and I helped them like if we worked for undergrad I felt like I myself did more work than them it was a terrible moving experience I will never used this company again I deserve half of my money back I would not r recommend this moving company
Hey Summer, we are extremely sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience using Undergrads. I have had a support specialist dig through to find your service request but we are having difficulty locating it to provide compensation for your experience.
The movers were quick and efficient however the service was way overvalued. I requested an estimate on my move prior and the rate does not change depending on the amount of items moved therefore effort needed which doesn’t match cost of value. I understand a 2 hour minimum allows for the service to be blocked off their schedule however I had approximately 6 light items, a job that took them less than 5 mins to load the truck and roughly 20 minutes to unload at a cost of 280 including a fair tip (250 prior).

The two young men who came to load and unload our truck were Charles and Matt. They were right on time, and they could work hard! We did not have any boxes but just lots of bulky furniture and they loaded the whole truck in an hour!! They were polite, careful with our furniture, and worked safely and quickly! I will definitely use them again and will try to ask for these two men next time!!
Greg called several times to let me know he was working to confirm my move. Noah Gursslin, The other Noah and Caleb were prompt and hustled. Finished in the time slotted of two hours with 2 minutes to spare. One even drive 40 minutes away. Will recommend and use them again for future moves. Definitely NOT lazy college kids!! Very reasonable pricing.
Mackenzie and Antrim did a great job. Had to move some heavy furniture up to a 3rd floor apartment and it was back breaking work, but they didn't complain or take any breaks. They were very responsive to input and very friendly and polite.
To preface, I have never had any other professional movers, so I could be off in my assumptions here. I have, however, moved many times. While hiring Undergrads saved us a few hundred dollars, we still had the hassle of dealing with U-Haul (not to be underestimated) and we weren't able to fit everything on our truck. This felt like "hiring" the neighborhood kids to help you pack the truck, except you are paying them far more than pizza and beer...
