I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company from start to finish. About 36 hours before my scheduled move, the company called to tell me they had not realized I lived in Dallas and would not be able to arrive until between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. This was despite the fact that I had booked the move two weeks in advance, provided my address, and signed a contract confirming an arrival window of 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

During the moving process, the corner wall of my new home was damaged, but no action has been taken. It has now been four months, and I still have not received any contact from them. It has been four months. I was contacted after posting my review, but my compensation still has not been processed. I have reached out multiple times, yet the person handling my case has not responded. The after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I will continue to take action until this issue is resolved.

Alan D. provided the quote and was very responsive to our questions and changes to our move dates. He found the best solution for us regarding needing to store our furniture for a week prior to delivery. I have used Unicorn Moving many times and they always are excellent! Good pricing, efficient but careful movers, and have amazing customer service. This move I had Rey and Steven, and they were very communicative and professional. They also knew how to have fun while working (not waste time, but make the move easier) as we all know moving is stressful! I appreciate their hard work! Unicorn is a joy and a relief to work with after my previous experience with hiring movers. I can't recommend them more highly and will definitely use them again if I move again. Unicorn Moving handled an extremely difficult downsizing and extraction move for me with professionalism, patience, and exceptional care. This was not a simple apartment move. I was transitioning from a temporary RV living situation, consolidating storage units, downsizing years of accumulated belongings, and moving into a 1BR apartment. The storage units had been packed tightly by previous movers and required careful staging and decision-making during the move itself.
