In their own words
We decided for UNITS based on the reviews, so we rented one. At first, Kris (the representative) seemed ok. The payments were, usually, by credit card. The agreement was that, we would call every month to make the payment by phone. At certain point Kris took the liberty to make extra charges and make payments without our consent. When we confronted her she said she saves all credit cards information from customers and uses them when necessary.
They messed up our move due to a miscommunication on when and where to deliver the unit. Kris was rude and refused to answer calls or to resolve the situation.
Hi Amelia, we do appreciate your feedback. However I think maybe you have the wrong business or location. Please give us a call if you are a customer so we can resolve this for you. Call anytime at [phone removed].

In their own words
Kris (sales) was very easy to work with. When I contacted her, she was responsive by text, email and phone. When I set up the initial delivery, Edwin (delivery) was extremely polite and professional. I was marveled by the way he navigated the UNIT up my long and very narrow driveway and was able to place it exactly where I wanted it prior to construction. He also put wood blocks underneath (b/c it sat on my yard) so that during the winter and rainy months the UNIT stayed level and wouldn't sink into the earth.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family recently used UNITS of Northern Virginia as part of a local move, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Moving is stressful, but the team at UNITS made the process remarkably smooth. Communication was excellent throughout. Every delivery and pickup was scheduled in advance, confirmed the day before, and followed by a courtesy call approximately 45 minutes before arrival. Most importantly, they showed up exactly when they said they would, every single time.
Okay let me begin by saying that Bryan at Units Portable storage? Top freaking notch. One million percent recommend requesting him by name for all your NoVa moving/relocating needs. They do residential, business, not-for-profit… all of it. Bryan was the epitome of professionalism and friendliness, and I would hire him to be on my team no matter what that team is doing. Second, Units Portable Storage? Hands down excellent customer service.
You are too kind!
This is Otis. He's a true artic warrior for UNITS. After a bit of chaos with a unit delivery yesterday, today could’ve gone either way — but Otis showed up like an absolute pro, braving some seriously cold, treacherous weather and getting the job done without hesitation. He was patient, careful, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was placed properly and that we were set up the right way. No rushing, no attitude — just solid, dependable service.
