I just had the owner, Riggs and his employee, Jason show up to drop off my unit. I found out Jason was a new hire and he seems like a great guy. I watched Riggs give advice and direction in a way the was easy to understand and friendly. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve watched owners and other employees act aggressively and condescending when training. I literally said to myself, this is the company I will work with again. Both guys were friendly and personable, they smiled and their attitudes were great.

This is a top notch organization. They were helpful and clear in their communications, honest in pick up and delivery times. We had no damage to any belongings. They knew exactly where to place the bins for maximum utility, both in drop-off at starting point and delivery point. It was fascinating to watch Rayne handle the Unit from the truck to loading place and again at pick up from our new location.

This was my first time utilizing a storage container company. My first thought was “PODS” because of how commercialized they are. Let me say, being over commercialized isn’t always a good thing... I was SHOCKED at the price difference and availability of a POD (lack there of). I had to sit on hold for 1 hour+ just to be told by a bot they couldn’t help with my moving needs in time for my move. (I called 2 months in advance). This was the same situation for most providers in the valley unfortunately.
