Clean and easy to set up! Plum is great at getting things handled in a timely manner and the staff is friendly. Everything can be set up online and the portal is easy to navigate. Owner is very nice and gets things done quickly!
I rented a small unit for for five years, and found the facility to be clean, well taken care of, very good about communicating when a gate was malfunctioning or needing to do maintenance work near my unit. I appreciated how accommodating the managers were for five years! No problem with water leaks, insects, dirt/dust getting on my stuff stored or rodents.
Started renting a unit from here after my brother recommended them. Did not disappoint! The units are very clean, well secured, and it was super easy to reserve a unit online. And it doesn’t hurt that you can access the units 24/7 and even pay online. Very convenient and the staff was incredibly friendly.
I was having a 1 🌟 day and they turned it into a 5 🌟 day! Extra service was given to me when I honestly didn't deserve it! You have a GREAT STAFF and I really appreciate you!!! …
