Had not gone to my storage in 2 years. When it came time to vacate, door would not open, finally I got door open. The door had been broke after 2 years of not being their. I also found mice feces all over my stuff. They kept my security. Place is run by Russians that do not know how to relate to american concepts. It was a great storage when run by all american storage!

The charge seems to go up every other month. A 10x10 should not cost $100 since there's no protection from severe elements, and the lot isn't lit.
Thanks for your feedback. At the time of your review, we had just taken over ownership. Since that time we have replaced all outdoor lighting and made other significant improvements. Thanks

I've only just begun our landlord/tenant relationship but so far everything has been flawless! The phone staff is friendly and very helpful and they answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. And the woman in the office is wonderful! She showed me several different units available, IN THE COLD, and was happy to show me as many units as I wanted to see! She gave me all of the details in a friendly and helpful manner. I really like her very much!

So far so good it's my first month here but it's easy to get in and out. The online rental process was fast and easy. The rates are very reasonable, I would recommend to my friends..
