If you’d like to have a company come and destroy your wood floors, damage your very expensive dining room table and yell/argue with you after they do it....this company is for you. Do not hire this company, awful experience. Also, sending a check for $200 for damages didn’t come close to the over $7,500 damage caused. The company never tried to repair the floors. They said buy a repair kit. Clearly, they don’t understand that you can’t just fix a section.
Am sorry that Service we provide it was not what you were expected, first it was just a scratch on wood floor and it happened because from one of the boxes on the bottom we found a screw, The dining table you forgot to mention it was over 250 pounds, and just three movers we have to flip the table…
Best movers helped me complete my move quickly and efficiently. If that was the only criteria, then I would have a good opinion of them. It’s why I’m not giving just one star. However, for a company that advertises “no hidden fees”, having the “30$ per flight of stairs” being separate from the base rate and hourly fee is a little disingenuous, and then charging per flight of stairs - even on a switchback - instead of a set of stairs means they charged me 7x even though I was only on the 4x floor!
sir , you’re movers canceled on you and we helped you out, when we arrived I explained the charges that you already have them in email you where trying to avoid the charge for the 8 flights of stairs, nothing was packed you didn’t have a mattress cover and you refused one from us, when the job was…
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY from this company. If i could put negative stars for this review I would put -100z I had to say it 3 times because they messed up 3 times and didn’t even move ANYTHING!! First it started with when I asked them to schedule me for Friday early morning 8 am and the guy Alex I spoke to on a Wednesday told me to send him an email of my how many movers I need which I did send the email which he responded and said he has me scheduled for Friday.
bestmoversdmv came into my house and damaged my walls. We sent pictures of the damage and they denied the damage. The person that answered the phone said he holds the furniture close to his chest and it's not possible for him to make a mistake. These people charged over $900 and couldn't afford to correct the mistake they made. The person hung up on me and sent my next call to voicemail. My advice is to steer clear of this company. Any company that refuses to own up to an accident you should not work with.
I don’t think they actually carry any insurance. They completely destroyed my 82 inch flat screen TV. They told me they were insured, but when I notified them they did nothing to resolve the situation. I helped unload the truck, and the movers there didn’t say anything, in fact they seemed happy to have the help. Would not recommend, would not use again.
the tv was unloaded from the truck b the customer Who is not allowed in the truck , two movers picked up the TV that was already unloaded, also TV needs to be packed in a TV box , packing was made by the customer meaning we can be responsible for something that was not packed properly
