In a rush, I walked in hoping to get a walk-in appointment. The lady at the front desk was talking to one of her appointments for about 15 minutes until she finally left and asked what I came in for, and I asked for a walk-in lip wax. She says oh no, we don’t do that here: Like which one do you not do walk-ins or do you not do lip waxes? She really had me standing there the whole time, knowing that there was not another person in her appointment book (So I must be a walk-in right).
Got lash lift and tint done 6/18/22 @12:45 with Gianna). I honestly noticed no difference. One eye has a teeny tiny lift the other has none. Pretty disappointed. Paid $125 for nothing. My lash curler at home does a better job than what I got done today. I expressed my disappointment and was told I can come back and try again in a few weeks. Definitely not spending another $125 on lash lift and tint when I can do a better job at home with my $15 lash curler.

I moved to the area recently and was struggling to find a good esthetician at a reasonable price. I found one here with Erica. She does an amazing job and it's not overpriced. The front desk is also responsive and courteous on the phone and at check out.
I’ve been to waxing studio many times, everyone I’ve been to has been amazing over the years. Kim runs a great business. This was my first time with Gianna. She was super sweet all while doing a great job, on time, very quick at the same time took care of some pesky ingrowns. Can’t recommend this place enough, anytime I’ve strayed I quickly regretted it.
When my almost 10-year-old daughter needed to have her brows cleaned up for the first time, I knew it was important that it be done carefully and thoughtfully and it absolutely was! Kim took her time, checked in every step of the way, and even tested small areas before applying the wax to make sure everything was comfortable and safe. My daughter was so happy with the results, and more importantly, her confidence is right back where it should be. That means everything.
