Pulled up to move my apartment with 3 scrawny men. Who which complained and said they didn’t feel like doing their job on the way up to my unit. I explained what I had to move when I initially called and when I called again to confirm the day before. They came in a SPRINTER VAN for a 2BR apt. When they decided they didn’t want to take the job they informed me that Mr Wayne already sent them to their next job. WAYNE then stopped answering his phone. WAYNE IS BAD BUSINESS.
We’ve reviewed your comments and the job details from your scheduled move. The crew was dispatched based on the inventory and scope described during booking and confirmation. When they arrived, the volume and requirements did not match what had been scheduled, and the equipment on site was not…
Called this moving company about a possible move by complete accident thought I had someone else. The guy that answered gave me a 10 minute rant on how his competition was too expensive and he promised me a flat rate of 600 dollars to move all my stuff literally down the road… get a call back at nearly 7 pm and the guy who runs the company says they can’t do it for 600.

Agreed to job and price then decided the day before he didn't want to do the job for the price he agreed to. No integrity, bad business practices.

Excellent moving experience with Wayne’s Enterprises! Wayne was professional, his quote was reasonable, he called the day before the move to confirm, and showed up on time on moving day. He brought a second truck and an extra helper to make sure the move went smoothly. He and his team were professional and they cared for my things like it was their own. They wrapped my important pieces with great care, which I very much appreciated. They started at 9:45 at old house and was done by 12:45pm-ish at the new house.

I moved in March ‘22, I contacted Wayne somewhat last minute. He stopped by within the hour, assessed the job and because of my personal circumstances, was forgiving when it came to pricing. He left, came back with 2 very professional movers and began moving my things out. The time flew by and in a little over an hour everything was packed in his truck; I just couldn’t believe they moved so fast, it was like an assembly line.
